As a result of Voting, The Crystal Creek Homeowners Association has established a list of bi-Laws for the neighborhood. All Homeowners were given the opportunity and encouraged to vote, the bi-laws which were established by the property owner and builders prior to and during development of Crystal Creek have been unanimously voted in with the exception of Section 21.
